At PayLink Payment Plans, LLC we understand the importance of protecting your privacy and the confidential non-public, personal information we obtain during our normal course of business operations.  We comply with federal laws which require that we notify you of the information we collect from you and how we intend to protect and use that information.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

In order to provide financing services to you, we collect from you certain non-public personal information such as name, address, e-mail, vehicle information, service contract product information and credit card or banking information.  This material is provided by you at the time you purchase a product.

We may disclose this information to affiliates of PayLink Payment Plans, which is defined as an organization that is materially owned or controlled by PayLink Payment Plans, or our servicing partners who conduct various transactions on our behalf.  The general purpose of this is to provide services directly related to servicing your account.

Non-affiliated organizations are those not materially owned or controlled by PayLink Payment Plans.  We may disclose certain personal, non-public information to companies that engage in direct marketing and selling of consumer products and services that may be of interest to you.  You may opt out of these disclosures to non-affiliated companies by completing the process shown below.  However, we may continue to provide notices and information regarding other products or services when communicating directly with you about your account.

Please note that we never provide credit card or banking information to any non-affiliated organization.  Exceptions to this include our requirement to comply with a subpoena, court order, other legal proceeding or regulatory obligation.

PROTECTION OF DATA

The security of personal information about our customers is a priority.  We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to meet or exceed applicable law.  We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information and only those who need it to perform their job responsibilities have access to customer information.

USE OF WEBSITES AND ONLINE SERVICES

PayLink Payment Plans provides websites for customers to use that permit you to view and modify certain information about the payment services provided by PayLink Payment Plans.  In addition, organizations affiliated with the product you purchased may view certain information as well.

We may use Cookies in connection with our servicing and marketing relationship with you, to facilitate site navigation and to pre-fill forms for you.  We do not use Cookies for any other purpose.

OPT-OUT PROVISION

If you prefer that we not disclose personal non-public information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may elect to opt-out.  To remove your information from use, please send written correspondence requesting removal of your information for marketing purposes to:
